1. Service Provider

Better At Booking is operated by Made By 7, located at Wolbrantskerkweg 171B, Amsterdam, Netherlands. You can reach us at info@betteratbooking.com.

2. Service Description

Better At Booking provides AI-powered analysis reports for Booking.com property listings. Upon payment, we generate and deliver two PDF reports (listing report and photo analysis) to the email address you provide.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and a correct, publicly accessible Booking.com listing URL when placing an order. We cannot reissue reports or provide refunds if delivery fails due to an incorrect email address, or if a report is generated for the wrong listing because of an incorrect URL.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are displayed at checkout and are payable as a one-time fee via Stripe. Payment is required before report generation begins.

5. Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within 1 hour of payment. In rare cases of high demand or technical issues, delivery may take longer. You will be notified by email if there are any delays.

6. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver your report due to a technical issue on our end, you will receive a full automatic refund. As the report is a digital product delivered electronically, refunds after delivery are not available.

7. Intellectual Property

The generated reports are licensed to you for personal and business use related to your property. You may not resell or redistribute the reports.

8. Limitations of Liability

Our reports provide recommendations based on AI analysis and should be treated as guidance, not guarantees. We are not liable for any changes in your listing's performance, ranking, or bookings as a result of following our recommendations. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. AI Data Processing

To generate your reports, we analyze the publicly available data from the Booking.com listing URL you provide using third-party AI services. Only public listing content is processed -- no personal data is shared with these providers.

10. Acceptable Use

You may submit any publicly visible Booking.com listing URL for analysis, including listings you do not own. You agree not to use the service or its reports for any unlawful purpose. Misuse of the service may result in order cancellation without refund.

11. Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your email address and the third-party services involved in payment processing.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations. In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, you may submit complaints via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
