Every paid order comes with a personal referral code. Share it with another host: they get €20 off their first audit, you get €20 credit on your next purchase.

How it works

• After you pay, we generate a unique FRIEND-XXXX code tied to your order. You’ll see it on the order success page, in your delivery email, and on the back page of your PDF report.
• Send it to as many Booking.com hosts as you like. When a first-time buyer enters it at checkout, €20 comes off their order automatically.
• Once their payment clears, we email you a single-use REWARD-XXXX code worth €20 off your next BetterAtBooking purchase. No claim form, no waiting.

The rules

• First-time buyers only. Your FRIEND-XXXX code only applies to a host’s very first BetterAtBooking order. It can’t be used as a recurring discount.
• Refer as many people as you want. There’s no cap on how many friends can use your code — every successful referral earns you a new €20 reward code.
• Reward codes expire after 90 days. Use it on your next purchase or pass on it; we won’t reissue expired codes.
• No stacking. Only one promo code applies per checkout. Referral codes don’t combine with first-time-buyer codes, affiliate codes, or any other discount.
• Not for self-use. You can’t redeem your own FRIEND-XXXX referral code under a different email or against the same listing. We check both.
• Credit, not cash. Reward codes apply to a future BetterAtBooking purchase. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and can’t be paid out.
• Refunds clear the credit. If a referred order is refunded within the 7-day window, the corresponding reward code is voided. If you’ve already used the reward code by then, it stays used — we won’t claw it back.

Fair use

The program is built for word-of-mouth among hosts. Bulk posting your code on coupon-aggregator sites, generating fake orders, or otherwise gaming the program will result in the code being deactivated and any pending credit voided. If you run a content channel, audience, or coaching practice and want to refer at scale, talk to us about the affiliate program instead.

Changes

We may adjust the credit amount or terms for codes issued after the change. Codes already in circulation keep the rules under which they were created.
