If, within 7 days of your report being delivered, you decide it didn’t deliver value, we’ll refund your €97 in full.
- Click the refund link in your delivery email, or use the form on your order success page.
- You can tell us what fell short (it helps us improve), but you don’t have to.
- The refund is issued automatically via Stripe within ~1 minute of submission. No phone call, no “wait, let me offer you something”, no follow-up sales pitch.
Why we offer this
Our reports are written for hosts who will actually act on the recommendations. If our analysis doesn’t give you a clear, specific list of changes worth making, we shouldn’t keep your money. The 7-day window is long enough to read both PDFs carefully and decide for yourself.
What’s eligible
Any paid order is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of report delivery. The window starts when your report is sent, not when you ordered.
After 7 days
After the 7-day window closes, the report is yours to keep and refunds are no longer automatic. If something is wrong with your report after that point (missing analysis, broken file, anything we got wrong), email us at info@betteratbooking.com and we’ll make it right.
Technical failure
If we’re unable to deliver your report due to a technical issue on our end, you’ll receive a full refund automatically. No action required.
