When you place an order, we collect your email address and the Booking.com listing URL you submit. The listing URL points to publicly accessible information. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

  • Send promotional offers, only if you have opted in.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own purposes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) to fulfil your order, and consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for marketing communications.

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe handles all payment processing. Your payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. See stripe.com/privacy for their privacy policy.

Anthropic (Claude AI) analyzes the publicly available listing data to generate your reports. No personal data is sent to Anthropic.

Stripe is based in the United States. Payment data processed by Stripe may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

All connections to our site are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to stored data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
